Easy Anti-Cheat has become common among multiplayer games released in the last few years. Some games still use other solutions, like Steam’s built-in Valve Anti-Cheat System (VAC.) Other games use their own anti-cheating tools—for example, Overwatch and other Blizzard games use Blizzard’s own built-in anti-cheating feature. Mar 14, 2018 I have tried repairing EAC through the setup within easy anti cheat. I have even tried replacing the MSCVR120 file, and still no use. It is really aggravating since I cannot play 7DTD, Rust, and other steam games that uses EAC. With 7DTD, I can run the game without the use of EAC, but I would like to play on the online servers as well.

7 Days to Die. This is for Alpha 17.4 or the version that's latest as of this date.

Make sure you start the game without EAC - 7DaysToDie.exe otherwise it won't work.

  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
